This is our registered office and correspondence address. We are an online business and do not operate a walk-in location, so please write or call before sending anything by post.
What to contact us about
- You did not get your files. Check the steps on our Delivery Policy page first — most cases are a typo in the checkout email address — then write to us and we will send them directly.
- You have a question about the material. Ask. We answer questions about the method and the worksheets at no extra charge.
- You need an invoice or a VAT receipt. Retrieve it yourself using the link in your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email, or ask us and we will arrange it.
- You have a privacy request. Access, correction or deletion requests go to the same email address — see our Privacy Policy.
Payment, invoice or card questions. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You can manage your order, download invoices and request a refund directly using the link in your order confirmation email. You are welcome to come to us instead — we will handle it with Lemon Squeezy for you.
Complaints
If we have got something wrong, say so plainly to with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within and aim to resolve them within five business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, or to the consumer protection authority in your country.
