Delivery Policy

Everything is delivered electronically and immediately. Nothing is posted, there is no shipping charge, and there is no waiting period. If your files have not arrived within one hour, something has gone wrong — email and we will send them manually.
1. What you receive
We publish more than one product, and each one is different: the exact files, the format and the length of the program all depend on which product you buy. A 30-day workbook is not the same download as a 7-day program or a 90-day plan. The full, exact list of what is included is always shown on that specific product's own page, under "Everything you get" — check there before you buy, and that list is exactly what you will receive.

2. When it arrives
- You complete payment in the Lemon Squeezy checkout window, opened directly from the product's own page. See our full catalogue to find it.
- Lemon Squeezy confirms the payment — normally within a few seconds — and you are taken to our confirmation page, which contains the download link.
- The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, together with your receipt from Lemon Squeezy.
Delivery is normally instant. In the rare case that a payment needs manual review by Lemon Squeezy, delivery may take up to one hour. It never takes longer than that.
3. If the email does not arrive
Work through these three steps, in order:
- Check your spam, promotions and junk folders, and search your mailbox for "" and for "Lemon Squeezy".
- Check the email address you typed at checkout. A typo is the most common cause. You can see the address on your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
- Email us at from any address, or call — we're here . We will verify the order and send the files directly. We reply within .
4. Download link validity
Your download link stays active for 30 days and allows a reasonable number of downloads across your own devices. Once downloaded, the files are yours to keep permanently — there is nothing to renew and no access that expires. If you need the link reissued after 30 days, ask us; we will send a fresh one at no charge.
5. Updates to the files
When we correct or improve the material, buyers receive the new version free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase, sent to the email address used at checkout. There is nothing you need to do to receive it.
6. What you need to open the files
- Any PDF reader for the workbook and checklists.
- Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or LibreOffice for the .xlsx tracker.
- The ability to unzip an archive, which is built into Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
No software is installed on your device, no account is created, and no internet connection is needed once the files are downloaded.
7. No physical shipping
We do not ship anything physically and we do not offer printed copies. There are no shipping fees, customs charges or import duties on any order, anywhere in the world.
